The penthouse apartment is situated in the most prestigious part of Puerto Pollensa, the Pine Walk area.
It has three bedrooms, one twin and two doubles, one of which opens on to the terrace.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, hand basin, bidet and w.c. The shower room has a large fully enclosed shower, hand basin and wc.
The apartment is fully air conditioned/ heated.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen has an electric cooker and a large fridge/freezer. The utility room leads off and contains the washing machine and microwave.
The large sitting room/dining room has Satellite TV (all UK terrestrial channels), VCR and Radio/Multi CD Player and leads to the roof terrace.
The unusually very large south facing terrace, of 67 mē, which receives the sun all day, is well equipped for alfresco dining and has Sun Beds, Recliners, Tables and Chairs, and a Gas BBQ.
A wall safe is installed in one of the bedrooms.

We provide all linen, towels AND beach towels.
For bookings of two weeks or more we provide a change of the above and a light clean midway though the period.
